Epinephrine Auto-Injectors — Emergency Administration
Permits 'authorized entities,' including daycare centers and camps, to acquire and stock epinephrine auto-injectors. Trained employees may administer the device to anyone they believe in good faith is experiencing anaphylaxis. The law provides immunity from civil liability for the entity and the individual administering the medication.
