Policy Pantry does not access the contents of a user's Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google services unless that access is clearly requested by the user and separately disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
Data Usage
Policy Pantry uses Google user data only to:

- Create and manage the user's Policy Pantry account

Users may request the deletion of their Policy Pantry account and associated Google user data by emailing policypantry@gmail.com with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion Request."
After verifying the request, Policy Pantry will delete the user's account and associated Google user data from active systems within 30 days. Limited information may remain temporarily in secure backup systems for up to 90 days before being deleted or overwritten, unless a longer period is required by law.
Users may also revoke Policy Pantry's access through the security and third-party application settings in their Google Account.
