District of Columbia School Access to Emergency Epinephrine Act of 2015

Authorizes public, private, and charter schools in the District of Columbia to maintain a supply of stock epinephrine auto-injectors for use by trained personnel on students or staff experiencing anaphylaxis, regardless of a prior diagnosis.
