Stock Albuterol in Schools (U.S.)

A programmatic, data-driven map of which U.S. states have stock albuterol laws or guidelines permitting schools to stock emergency supplies of albuterol inhalers and administer them to a student experiencing an asthma flare. Status reflects the Allergy & Asthma Network map (as of July 2026). Maryland became the 23rd state to adopt stock albuterol in schools.
